Chasing the light

It’s a love/hate thing. It feels impossible sometimes, to find that soft light that gives the skin of your subject that glow, and sparkles in their eyes. A spot that was perfect last week might not be anymore because the it’s suddenly overcast.

But then you find it. Sometimes in the weirdest locations. But when you find that perfect light - there’s no better feeling, and you just can’t wait to get home and start editing.

That’s what I love about wedding photography. The challenge. The, sometimes, struggle.

But when you nail it, it’s all worth it in the end.
