Finalist in the Swedish Championship in Photography 2024

The Swedish Championship in Photography 2024 is over and unfortunately I didn’t repeat last year’s success. However, I’m just happy to have made it to the finals with this photo from Norrvikens trädgårdar in Båstad.

I knew it had technical issues but I went for it anyways and got one of the spots in the print finals.

I have to admit I was a bit disappointed that my submissions in the other categories didn’t make it to the finals. Especially my portrait of Deia artist David Templeton. But I was happy to find that it earned a merit diploma in the digital round and scored 82 points!

I also submitted entries to the commercial category and one of them earned a merit!

It was a great weekend and the last big work related event of this year. From now on until Christmas you’ll find me in the editing cave. See you on the other side!
